These terms apply to this website and to quote requests sent to MedEz by text message, email or Facebook Messenger. By contacting MedEz for a quote, you agree to the terms on this page.
Quotes are not guaranteed
MedEz does not guarantee that a quote will be offered for any item. Providing photos or information does not create an agreement, and MedEz may decline a request for any lawful reason.
Product eligibility varies
Eligibility depends on the product, its condition and what MedEz is able to purchase at the time of the request. Eligibility can change without notice, and something MedEz reviewed before may not be eligible later.
Initial quotes depend on what you send
Any initial quote is based entirely on the photos, descriptions, quantities and expiration dates you provide. If that information is incomplete or inaccurate, the initial quote may not apply.
Final acceptance depends on condition and inspection
An initial quote is not final acceptance. MedEz may need to inspect the supplies in person before confirming. If the condition, packaging, quantity or expiration date differs from what was described, MedEz may revise or withdraw a quote.
Do not ship anything without instructions
Please do not ship, mail or deliver supplies to MedEz until MedEz has reviewed your information and given you instructions. MedEz is not responsible for items sent without instructions.
MedEz may decline products
MedEz may decline any product that does not meet its requirements, including items that are opened, unsealed, damaged, expired, incomplete, or that MedEz is not able to purchase.
MedEz is independent
MedEz is an independent buyer. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any product manufacturer, pharmacy, healthcare provider, insurer or school. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
No medical advice
This website is for information about MedEz quote requests only. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and MedEz does not provide medical, clinical or treatment guidance. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional about anything related to your health or your supplies.
Your responsibility for personal information
You are responsible for crossing out or covering personal information on packaging and in photos before sending anything to MedEz. That includes names, prescription numbers, patient details and any other identifying information. Please leave pharmacy labels attached to the box rather than peeling them off, since removing a label usually damages the packaging. See the Privacy Policy for more.
